Importance of contemplation ...

Life is a cacophony for those who indulge into it too much.Night we go to sleep to get away from the noises but morning prepares us for the same tumultous life. Materialism has taken over our mind, every day we strive hard for the money, neglecting the importance of peace.Mostest part of life we spend in ameliorating the effect of those small mistakes. What if we can take off from our roster and spend some time in contemplation? I believe through cogitation we can avoid blunders. Our mind, has 200 billion neurons and lion's share of them remain idle.Adoption of meditation and contemplation can be a booster and may help us in keeping the inner spark alive for a longer period of time. Well, I have taken that much needed break to think about lot of things and I feel sorry for those who are still battling out there on the campus ;)

  2. Thats very true, and I m happy to be one of those who have taken break away from the hassles of our routine there on campus. But thats ok, if some people could not go back because may be their homes are quite far off, but they can still meditate and take a break at their PGs there, without any worries of the next day classes or projects. But one thing is true....being at home even for 2 days can recharge you to battle up for the upcoming hard work days. So enjoy the much needed break wherever you are.....:-)

  3. My stress is upon contemplation ..and even meditation also requires us to move out to new places.. Travel brings vigor to mind.. home may not be the only place for such things. There are other places as well..but tats an individual's call :)
