Can we become the second mouse?

Two little mouse fell into a bucket of cream, first one quickly gave up and drowned but the second wudn't quit, he struggled so hard that eventually he turned the cream into butter and crawled out.An enterpreneur is the second mouse.One has to go several steps ahead into a dream world to build an empire like TATA.I do believe on the words of Dr. kalam that "he who sees dream can only make it happen".Enterpreneurs are creative people with immense belief.They have the ability to convince people cos they are emotionally intelligent.And this fact can be testified with the words of a great man.."If I hv any merit,it is getting along wid individuals, according to their ways and characterstics..At times it involves suppressing urself.It is painful but necessary,to b a leader u hv got to lead human beings with affection: J.R.D Tata ".Human beings are no computers, we are emotional people.Blockbuster movie "Swades" highlighted the fact that a leader needs to be passionate and compasionate both at the same time.It also projected the deep-rooted idiocy in our society which acts as a hindrance to growth.We are in a plight where we need more leaders.Poverty is the worst disease, it can eat your mind and can deny you from what you can offer to this world.Unluckily our country is bloated with poorest mass.Handful of us can make a difference to this society but we are so much caught up in the hype that it has become our tendency to pursue in search of lucrative job offers.We can utilise the right stuff in a better way. We have aplenty of examples like "Sanjeev bhikachandani"..the creator of 'Naukri.com" who despite of being an IIMA product went ahead in pursuit of his passion.Given the abundance of our problems we certainly need more.We can not bask in the glory of such examples.
