सरकार दो आदमी और एक लड़की !

Management is'nt easy.We incinerate ourself in the heat of analysis of infinite number of case-studies, its not gonna end or perhaps it will never end.There are "N" number of questions which even Harvard graduates can't answer. However, a spark and a will to do something different has kept our race going.As said by chetan bhagat that the success lies in keeping the spark alive.We strive everyday at XLRI in pursuit of keeping the spark zoetic.No matter whether the environment is conducive or not we work hard to keep the wheels rolling.In support of my view I would like to give you some facts about our batch PGPMI at XLRI.It is hard to find out time of seven hours of sleep at a stretch, hence the job was difficult to conduct a get-together activity within a limited span of time.Kudos ! to the team of SIGORTA that they did it successfully. Meticulous planning was met with smart quotes.Its not easy to fool the smart brains on this campus.Active team of SIGORTA which organised this event consists of scrupulous Jay,indefatigable Nidhi and meticulous Deepanshu Gupta.They conducted this activity with passion and a vision, their competition was not with others but they had their own highway to roll.In pursuit of this they dint realise that they have done a job which turned out to be much better than the other batches here.I beleive we have sent a strong message that despite of adversities we can conduct any activity passionately.Making new friends is our forte and since all lasting business is built on friendship we are a good prospect for the corporate world.Again in praise of the team ..I would like to add to the famous lines of sholay... Sarkar do admi aur ek ladki !! ..together they made it possible. Bravo !!!! :)
