Whose fault is it anyways?

We are living in a time of crisis. We have challenges all around us in the form of demanding customers , meeting deadlines of projects and in that process mannier times we face failures . At this time of crisis it becomes imperative for the employees to learn how to deal with the failures? Failures of the projects and assignments should be dealt carefully since they lead to frustrations among the employees.We should not get involved in the blame game which may lead to un necessary conficts in the organization.
